This section describes the amount of total rent, how often it is paid (monthly, weekly or otherwise), how it is paid (cheque, cash, online bank, etc.), and whether parking and other services are included in the payment. The rent can only be increased every 12 (12) months if the tenant continues to reside in the rental unit and if many rental units are subject to the rent brake by the Rent Guidleline increase.
